Integrating sustainability and digital abilities in education: a framework for developing green entrepreneurial mindsets in southeast Asia
Abstract
This paper proposes a framework for integrating sustainability, digital technologies, and entrepreneurship education into curricula in Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand and neighboring developing countries. Drawing on doctoral research and case studies, it highlights the use of project-based and blended learning to develop students' competencies in sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The study emphasizes the importance of curriculum adaptation, institutional readiness, and collaboration among educational institutions, technology providers, and industry to prepare socially responsible and technologically skilled entrepreneurs. The proposed framework supports education as a key driver of sustainable business development and technological innovation in the Global South.
