Integrating collaboration and information flow for sustainable hospital supply chain management: a pathway to societal advancement in the post-pandemic

Abstract

This study examines how Collaboration and Information Flow (CIF) in hospitals improves Sustainable Hospital Supply Chain Management (SHSCM) and, in turn, promotes Sustainable Societal Advancement (SSA). Using data from 401 respondents and analyzing it with IBM SPSS and IBM AMOS, the researchers confirmed that effective collaboration and information sharing significantly strengthen sustainable hospital supply chains, which positively contribute to broader societal development. The study demonstrated strong reliability and validity through standard statistical measures such as factor loading, KMO, and Cronbach's alpha. The findings highlight the importance of collaboration and information sharing in enhancing healthcare efficiency and supporting post-pandemic recovery. Although the research provides valuable insights for sustainable healthcare management, it recommends future studies using more diverse geographic samples and longitudinal designs to further validate and expand the findings.
