    Abstract
This study explores the potential of AI agents in recruitment within multinational companies in Bangladesh. Using a mixed-methods approach, it examines how AI can improve hiring efficiency, reduce bias, and support data-driven decision-making. The research also investigates user acceptance of AI-based recruitment systems through Gibson Theory. The study emphasizes the need for responsible AI adoption, supported by regulations, stakeholder collaboration, and future research on its long-term feasibility and challenges in developing countries.
