    Abstract
This article presents a constitutional and ethical framework for adopting AI-augmented justice systems in rural and marginalized communities with limited access to judicial services. Drawing on the 2021 UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence and emerging judicial AI guidelines, the proposed framework addresses statistical uncertainty in algorithmic decision-making through permutation analysis, robust uncertainty quantification, and mandatory human oversight. It incorporates bias mitigation strategies aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, emphasizing cultural sensitivity, procedural fairness, transparency, accountability, and community trust.
