    Abstract
Global learning is being rapidly transformed by educational technology (EdTech), yet barriers to worldwide expansion include regulatory restrictions, cultural differences, digital inequalities, and sustainability challenges. This paper examines sustainable models for future EdTech companies seeking to create borderless educational organizations. The study employs case studies, surveys, and interviews with international EdTech platforms, including Coursera, Khan Academy, and 10 Minute School. The findings suggest that growth is driven by decentralized organizational structures, hybrid business models, and culturally relevant learning content. However, challenges related to digital accessibility and regulatory compliance remain significant. The study provides a strategic roadmap for investors, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to support the development of sustainable and globally competitive EdTech businesses.
