This study examines sustainable intelligence, focusing on the responsible and ethical use of AI in business management. Based on interviews with business leaders, AI experts, and ethics professionals, along with document analysis, the study identifies three key requirements: strategic integration of AI with organizational goals, ethical governance through clear and transparent policies, and capability building through employee training and awareness. The study proposes a practical framework for balancing AI-driven innovation with responsibility, fairness, trust, and organizational values.en_US
