dc.description.abstractThe integration of intelligent communication technology into employee management systems has transformed the way organizations manage their workforce globally. This qualitative, interview-based study explores the experiences of 20 HR professionals and managers from the hospitality, banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, and technology sectors across North America, Europe, and Asia. The findings reveal that white-collar and blue-collar employees respond differently to the widespread adoption of AI, while many organizations remain insufficiently prepared for its implementation. Five key themes emerged from the analysis: regional variation in AI readiness, differences in adoption patterns by employee type, common implementation barriers, return on investment becoming evident within two to five years, and sustained optimism regarding AI’s long-term potential. The study concludes that AI adoption has significant implications for productivity, employee engagement, recruitment, privacy, and job displacement across diverse international organizational contexts.en_US
