This study examines how digitally enabled, gender-inclusive Human Resource Management (HRM) practices contribute to the sustainability of BRAC and BNPS, two leading women-focused NGOs in Bangladesh. Through a comparative analysis of organizational documents, it finds that integrating digital HR tools with formal gender policies strengthens inclusion, employee support, and organizational resilience. BRAC demonstrates advanced digital initiatives, including confidential reporting systems and online safeguarding training, while BNPS emphasizes strong gender policies and inclusive HR practices. Despite progress, both organizations face policy implementation challenges. The study concludes that combining digital technologies with gender-sensitive HRM provides a scalable and sustainable model for NGOs pursuing gender equality and long-term organizational impact.en_US
