This study examines how green business strategy (GBS) influences pro-environmental behavior (PEB) among hotel employees in Bangladesh, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Based on data from 421 frontline hotel employees, the findings show that both GBS and employees’ perceptions of a green work climate positively influence pro-environmental behavior. Green climate perception also mediates the relationship between GBS and PEB, indicating that a supportive green workplace helps translate business sustainability strategies into environmentally responsible employee actions. The study highlights the important role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in promoting workplace sustainability and environmental responsibility in Bangladesh’s hospitality sector.en_US
