To avail the facilities, many countries change their policies to record a high growth rate, which inspires the government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to start liberalization in the case of investment policy and fiscal policy for creating a conducive environment to attract foreign investors to invest in Bangladesh to accelerate economic growth. It is clear in the study that despite the liberation policy adopted by the government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, the FDI inflows in the country are not up to the mark.
