dc.description.abstract | I have done my internship report on the recruitment and selection process of WHO-IVD. I was in WHO-IVD for the last 3 months as an intern student attending the course BBA 499a of Bachelor of Business Administration. My joining date in WHO was on 20th August. My posting was given in a project called WHO-IVD. This project is basically related with the Immunization and Vaccination Development in our country. My official supervisor in there was Mr. Kazi Abdul Hamid, the administrative head of “WHO”. The working report is prepared in such a way so that it can give an overview about the recruitment and selection process of this organization. In this report I have tried to describe the basic process of recruitment and selection that WHO follow. I have particularly focused on the recruitment and selection process of the project on that I was assigned (IVD). In this project there are various kinds of recruitment and selection process based on the various kinds of posts. But among them I have focused my whole report on the SSA (Special Service Agreement) post. Through out this report we will able to know about the R & S process from the planning to the final contract signing. | en_US |
