The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between top management support for moral conduct and association between moral conduct and occupational achievement on the one hand and job satisfaction on the other. Several hypotheses are extracted from the research framework and are tested using regression and correlation analysis. A sample of 100 respondents was taken for the study and convenience sampling method was used. This study finds that although both the independent variables, top management support for moral conduct and association between moral conduct and occupational achievement have some level of relationship with the dependent variable, employees’ job satisfaction, only association between moral conduct and occupational achievement has no association with job satisfaction. The findings suggest that managers of supermarkets should put more focus on the ethical conduct to build employee retention. It also suggests that if fair treatment is prevailed in the companies, employees career achievement is accomplished that ultimately leads to employees’ job satisfaction.en_US
