An Undergraduate Internship/Project on 'House Rent Management System' software

Abstract

Rupali Bank Limited, a big bank, offered me an internship chance. It has numerous branches, offices, and ATMs throughout the country. They must appropriately manage the locations they rent for their offices. They perform numerous responsibilities connected to renting out space, such as opening new branches. renewing leases and relocating offices are two examples. They also have to maintain their licenses up to date. During doing these types of activities it is often found that the rent proposal is not sent from the concerned divisional office in due time. Even the proposals are received far later than the expiry date of the rent deed agreement. Staying in a building after the expiration of the agreement is illegal and risky which may be the cause of unexpected situations. Sometimes Building owners take the opportunity of expiration of agreement and demand an excessive rate of rent in comparison with the rent of other financial institutions of the same area. In this situation sometimes authority shifts the branch under compulsion. . The bank intends to develop 'House Rent Management System' software to monitor their rental agreements in order to address these difficulties. This is the task they have allocated to me. To build this project, I'm using Laravel and React. This combination lets you construct modern, engaging, and robust online apps by combining the capabilities of both technologies. This software will assist them in keeping track of all rental information and will alleviate all of their troubles with this issue.
