| dc.description.abstract | internal auditing is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization's operations. it helps an organization to accomplish it's objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Nowadays, the adoption of risk based internal auditing becomes a great agreement in this field. so for that in this paper, the researcher try to find out they have any relationship between associated factor, and risk based internal auditing and enterprise risk management in context of internal auditing practice in Bangladesh. to gain this goal, the researcher runs a co-relation research where the main object was to analyze company specific factors associated with adoption of risk-based auditing. it seeks to explore the role internal auditing in enterprise risk management (ERM). the researcher used the probability sampling design for this research work and used the simple random sampling technique to collect the data under this probability method. At the same time to gather data, the researcher was used paper based structured questionnaire. After analyze the all data, the researcher find out that there has a positive relation between organizations, type of industry, type of sector, internationalization, and the risk-based internal auditing, and enterprise risk management. Except, there doesn't have any relationship between listed company of internal auditing, and the Risk based internal auditing and Enterprise Risk Management. | en_US |
