    Abstract
Work and family are two domains of extraordinary importance in the lives of the most men and women in our society. Today's highly demanding nature of work and family has given rise to conflicting relations. The present study has explored the effect of Woprk-family Conflict (W-FC) on employee's job satisfaction of commercial banks in Bangladesh. Convenience sampling method has been used for this research. A sample of 216 respondents from different commercial banks in Bangladesh has drowned and used in the study. Different statistical measures such as descriptive statistics, zero-order correlation, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and multiple regression analysis have been used to explore the convergent effect of WFC /FWC on the job satisfaction and other research observations.
