    Abstract
    The goal of this research is to identify key attributes that can be used to evaluate Nandan park from the visitors’ perspective. One hundred and seventy eight respondents were selected by simple random sampling procedure for the study. A multivariate analysis technique like “Factor Analysis” was used to identify the factors.The results shows that space and food, refreshment and amusement, cleanliness and security, quality and comparison, behaviour and safety, price and less artificial have emerged importantfactors for selecting Nandan park
