Report on in-plant training at Beximco Pharmaceuticals limited

Abstract

This report describes an in-plant training experience at Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited from 23 November to 3 December 2025. The training covered nine sections, including engineering, liquids, sterile production, packaging, QC, QA, product development, tablets, ORS, and stores. It provided practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, sterile processing, WFI, aseptic operations, and Class A filling, with emphasis on SOPs, GMP, hygiene, sanitation, equipment, and quality control. The training also highlighted the production of both sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products.
