Abstract

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Square Pharmaceuticals PLC. for providing us the opportunity to complete our in-plant training at their esteemed organization and for organizing a well-structured and informative program. Throughout our industrial training, we gained practical exposure to various departments, including Human Resources (HR), Research and Development (R&D), Production Planning & Scheduling (PPS), Material Management and Inventory Control (MMIC), Warehouse, Production, and Quality Assurance. The professionalism, commitment, and dedication displayed by every member of the organization were truly inspiring.
