In-plant training at Beximco Pharma

Abstract

For the last five years, we went through several courses of pharmaceutical Sciences to complete our graduation. We studied many topics theoretically and also did our practical classes with some basic equipment and machines but could not see their implementation in pharmaceutical industries. To enrich the practical knowledge of the students, the university insists the students to offer the in-plant training. Such in-plant training will provide an industrial exposure to the students as well as to develop their career in the high-tech industrial requirements. Reputed companies are providing in-plant training to the students.
