| dc.description.abstract | This report covers the in-plant training experience that the intern undertook November
23 to December 03 2025, at Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited. The significant manufacturing process used in industry is covered in this report. It covers all production- related activities at the following sections: engineering, liquids, sterile, packaging, quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), product development, and tablets (vitamins, iron, and other tablets), oral rehydration salt (ORS), and store. During training sessions, a total of nine distinct sections were visited and observed. There were various
rooms in the sterile section, such as processing rooms, tool or dumping rooms, filtration, aseptic rooms for ophthalmic eye drops, water for injection (WFI), and filling rooms with class A injection filling process. The individual responsibilities of the other sections are also covered in more detail in the report. They uphold 5-M to create high-quality products, which include the standard operating procedure (SOP) for producing pharmaceuticals, as well as the manufacturing environment, equipment, and materials. To ensure appropriate quality, the process rooms employ a variety of tools and equipment for handling, cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, hygienic practices, and sanitation, in addition to SOP and good manufacturing practice (GMP). BPL offers two product categories: non-sterile products and sterile products, both of which are based on microbiological ideas. | en_US |
