The purpose of this report is the fulfilment of BBA program’s requirement that involves organizational attachment for 12-weeks followed by preparation of this report. The topic of this report is “A relational study on Academic Qualification, Work Experience and Interview Score with Employee performance in the context of “Nassa Group.” The project deals with the research topic as a whole. After stating the problem, objective and significance of the study, the integral part comes in the form of reviewing the literature where the Selection Criteria are defined and explained, along with respective relations with perceived Employee Performance. The hypotheses section sticks to outlining the research questions and hypotheses and developing the conceptual framework. The section that follows – methodology – is self-explanatory. This sections deals with explaining the research design, research approach, sampling method, data collection and analysis procedures. The most important section follows – results and implications. Here, the hypotheses are tested using SPSS 11, investigating to what degree academic qualification, experience and interview score are co-related with employee performance. In order to establish that, reliability coefficient and descriptive statistics were used. The correlation analysis was instrumental in assessing research hypotheses, where it was found out that none of the three hypotheses could be rejected, i.e. academic qualification; experience and interview score did have positive relation with employee performance. This section, afterwards, is wrapped up with some recommendations based on research findings, as well as limitations the researcher faced along the research. Some concluding remarks therefore seals off the report.en_US
