Throughout my internship at Fiber@Home Global Ltd. software division, I had the opportunity to learn more about creating web apps and applying them in practical settings. We present a unique TaskRise - A task management system created to meet the specific requirements of Fiber@Home Global Limited, a business that has more than 70 employees. Employees and Supervisors are two distinct user roles in this system. Employees can see the task that they have been assigned, check their meeting schedules to manage their time effectively, apply for leave with ease, request for repair if anything is damaged or need to get repair and also can monitor the status of their leave requests. Whereas the supervisors assign tasks to employees, distribute work assignments efficiently, edit assigned tasks as needed, can call for meetings, review leave applications, ensuring that time-off requests align with organizational needs, watch repair requests. And Add new users to the system. The system promotes greater efficiency, open communication and personal accountability by centralizing task creation, assignment tracking, meeting schedule, leave management and repair request. Fiber@Home Global Limited starts a journey toward operational optimization, simplified workforce management and increased transparency as soon as it implements this task management system. Through efficient task coordination and leave management, this system is ready to empower the organization to meet its goals. My teamwork and communication skills have considerably increased as a result of this internship, which will be an enormous asset in my future job as a web developer.en_US
