dc.description.abstract1.1.1 The Project-Matter: The report analyzes the strategic situation and the market demands of Pakiza Dying and Printing Industry. 1.1.2 Competitive Market: In this situation survival is becoming more difficult for large factories like Pakiza dying and printing industry. Because of its size the overhead cost is much higher then other factories. This project is all about understanding the market very well and designs its product and strategy accordingly. 1.1.3 Research Method: Our research method is quite different that ensure our research result’s accuracy. We work in the company for long time that is why we use all the original data from the sales report and talk with all the executives of the company to know the real situation and use their comments and views in the research work.en_US
