The report analyzes the strategic situation and the market demands of Pakiza Dying and Printing Industry.
1.1.2 Competitive Market:
In this situation survival is becoming more difficult for large factories like Pakiza dying and printing industry. Because of its size the overhead cost is much higher then other factories.
This project is all about understanding the market very well and designs its product and strategy accordingly.
1.1.3 Research Method:
