In present day, largely through advances in computer and communication technology we are living at a time that most people call as the Information age. It is because most working people today have information-intensive jobs. For example, jobs such as of teacher, accountant, lawyer and manager are predominantly based on the handling of information. But even until the eighties, managers did not need to know much about how information was collected, processed and distributed in their organizations, and technology involved was minimal. Information was not considered an important asset of the firm. The management process was considered a face-to-face personal art and not a global coordination process. Today Information processing has become a matter of strategic importance for any organizations. Information has become an essential resource as capital or manpower.

I have completed three months internship in paper Rhyme. Actually, I was trying to make a working report on Paper Rhyme. Though, to make this working report mainly I concentrated on work procedure of the ad agency. And, also, I have tried to figure out some problems regarding the work process and tried to give some solution to make the work more accurate and more efficient.
