An Undergraduate Internship/Project on QuantumSync CRM
Abstract
A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a software solution that enables businesses to manage interactions with their customer, streamline processes, and improve customer engagement. To run a business efficiently, CRM is very good software solution. CRM provides enhanced customer relationship, improved customer service, efficient sales processes, shop management, effective marketing campaigns, better communication, data- driven decision making, increased sales and revenue, workflow automation, cross-selling and upselling, scalability, customer insights etc. Overall, a well-implemented CRM system contributes to building strong customer relationships, optimizing business processes, and increasing overall efficiency and profitability. It's a useful tool that equips companies to deliver outstanding client experiences and maintain competitiveness in today's dynamic market environment. There are many CRM systems available in the market ex. Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot Sales Hub, ClickUp etc. But these systems do not fully cover the business requirements of a business operation. And some of the business organizations do not want to use other software which have subscription fees monthly or yearly. They want their own system. Considering the situation stated above, we have built a custom CRM system for an electronics devices and components selling and supply service. Just like mentioned earlier the company did not find the perfect CRM for their business in the market. They wanted something very easy to understand and operate. Not something that is overwhelmingly congested with features. So, we have built an easy to operate CRM for the company using React, Express and MongoDB. Discussion about the system will be stated in the coming section of this report.
